New Student Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now open.
All Students (both new & returning students) must fill out a Faith Formation registration form (available at the Parish Offices & in the vestibule of the church) to be included in the program.
Families must be parishioners of Sacred Heart Church in order to register their children for our classes. Fill out our registration form to become a parishioner of Sacred Heart.
All new registrations must provide a copy of their child's baptism certificate.
Faith Formation Tuition $150 - One Child $180 - Two Children $210 - Three or more children
You can pay either by cash or check.
Faith Formation Fees $75 - Reconciliation and First Eucharist $100 - Confirmation
