Registration

New Student Registration for the 2024-2025 school year is now open. 

• Students who have never attended our program must register.
• New Students must fill out must fill out our New Student Registration Form to be included in the program.
• Families must be parishioners of Sacred Heart Church in order to register their children for our classes.
  Fill out our registration form to become a parishioner of Sacred Heart.
• All  new registrations must provide a copy of their child's baptism certificate.

Faith Formation Tuition
$125 - One Child
$155 - Two Children
$185 - Three or more children
